October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎗️ And although we talk about men’s health all year long, today we want to remember something important: taking care of our health is a family effort.
If there’s a mother, wife, sister, or daughter in your family, encourage her to perform her breast self-exam and get her routine mammogram. And take the opportunity to lead by example by scheduling your own checkup, too.
A culture of prevention starts at home: when we take care of ourselves, we inspire those we love to do the same.
