Early prostate cancer often has no symptoms. Learn which urinary changes and other signs to discuss with your doctor and why regular checkups matter.

Early-stage prostate cancer almost never causes symptoms 🚩 That’s why regular checkups are so important.
When symptoms do appear, they may include: a weak or slow urine stream, needing to urinate more often (especially at night), blood in the urine or semen, or discomfort during ejaculation.
None of these symptoms automatically mean cancer; they are often related to other benign prostate conditions. But they are a clear sign that you should talk to your doctor and get evaluated.
There’s no reason to feel embarrassed: these are common symptoms and many prostate conditions are highly treatable when addressed early.
